Registration
The CMBE2027 conference registration fees can be found below. Early bird registration opens on 18th March 2027 and closes on 15th April 2027 (23:59 UK Time).

Please note:
- All full registrations include the conference package, banquet, and lunches. An accompanying person’s registration includes only the banquet and lunches.
- Early bird registration fee is only valid if your payment is received by the deadline. This is particularly important if you are paying via Bank transfer. To avoid issues, please aim to complete your registration and payment before the deadline.
- Please note that the final acceptance of papers for presentation (and inclusion in the CMBE2027 Proceedings) is conditional on one of the authors registering on or before the early bird registration deadline (including any extra paper fee if submitting more than one paper as presenting author, except where otherwise agreed with the conference organisation).
- Final papers must have been submitted before the camera-ready submission deadline, where revisions or minor changes are required.
- Extra paper fees will appear on the registration form. Please get in touch with us for details.
- If you work for a university and would prefer to be invoiced, please email info@compbiomed.net before starting the registration process.

Registration Instructions
Please read the registration instructions below and make a note of your paper ID on the CMT submission website.
Please note that unless you have paid the registration fee for your submission by the early-bird registration deadline (11 April 2027), your paper will NOT be included in the final programme.
CMBE2027 conference registration is processed in two steps (this differs from the paper submission website). To start the registration process, please follow the instructions below:
- First, you will need to log in to the conference website (click here). If you have not registered with the site yet, please follow this link to create a new account. Once you have received your login details by email, please log in to the conference site, click on Dashboard on the menu widget, and access the registration form.
- Complete the online registration form and proceed to payment.
